192.168.15.2 should work, because it is on the same subnet.

You cannot have TWO network devices that are 192.168.15.x, or you will have problems. All network devices in the host PC must be on separate subnets.

The reason that I use .201 is that some of the network diagnostics and scripts in the kindle want that address for the host PC.
