I just recently bought from Ignatius Press for $14, the Ignatius Catholic Study Bible. This includes cookie notes by Scott Hahn and Curtis Mitch. It is in ePub or Kindle formats. It has "go back to text" links for getting back to the verse after you have looked at a note.

Phenomenal! I like the Kindle app better, so I bought it again in Kindle format to use on a jailbroken NookColor, but it works good on the B&N app on a non broken NC.

It is just the New Testament. The OT is still being written.
