I'm sorry. Maybe I didn't make myself clear.
Its not using the stylus for drawing or taking notes.
Let me restate my problem with a simple usecase:
If I open a chm or a pdf and read a page for more than 30 seconds,
I will not be able to change the font size or close the application
or do anything with the stylus unless I swipe near the top 1 inch of the
screen.
