I guess it is possible to use calibre to convert a webpage to an epub. If that is possible, it should be possible to create a script that download the current page and process it into epub ?
The ideal would be a web browser that use a "paged" displaying of each page (ie not scrolling) ....I haven't foudn one yet (perhaps chromewith that plugin
