system/config/network.cfg
solves

(full path is mnt/ext1/system/config/network.cfg)

i don't know whether it works with 430 or it works only with 443

anyway an user (with the 444 versione, the russian one) report problem opening file txt, fb2 e doc.

I've tested the deletion of network.cfg (I've the 443 ver.) and it works, so no need to do a factory reset
