Oh, I understand, you want to
cut and paste just the highlites.
Just use Adobe Acrobat Pro v7 on the .pdf to select the highlites area and 'Save Image As...' like this .bmp or 'Copy Image to Clipboard' and paste into Word like the files in the below .zip.
