Verified this with a couple of other large books, and with another tablet, all with the same results. Not a storage space issue. Manually downloaded the same books to Windows from OneDrive, and they opened successfully.
My guess is a timeout issue. Oddly enough, the one book I had downloaded to CC successfully and read, about 6 months ago, with no issues, albeit, with an earlier version of CC.
In summary, there seems to be an issue now with OneDrive and large books. Debug file available if necessary.

Yeah large files are currently failing coming over from cloud.
We have a fix currently being tested in beta and should be released by EOW.
