There are a few editions of the NIV that are currently $6.99 (or a few cents cheaper at Amazon and Christianbook). This isn't as good a price as others have been lately, but someone might find a gem that they've been wanting and they're normally in the neighborhood of $10.99.

If you happen to search for the
Adventure Bible at Amazon rather than using the link, I'll warn you that there are three official editions (published by Zondervan, Zonderkidz or HarperCollins) and two counterfeit ones. Of the three official ones, only one is $6.44 (the others are around $10 and one of those is a preorder for an edition being released in June). Read the descriptions carefully!
