Vance, Louis Joseph: The False Faces. 12 April 2008

Louis Joseph Vance (1879-1933) was an American writer and the creator of the "Lone Wolf" character. Over the years the Lone Wolf (Michael Lanyard) has been presented in book form, on radio, in comix, on film, and in the early 1950s on television. The books presented here are the first four Lone Wolf books written by Vance.

They are:
  • The Lone Wolf - 1914
  • The False Faces - 1918
  • Alias the Lone Wolf - 1920
  • Red Masquerade - 1921
