Not great for helping people keep track of their audio libraries but maybe not entirely an Audible issue.

I never could understand why a company should not be held accountable for the lack of quality control in their product, simply because they outsourced the maintenance of it to someone else, in this case the publishers. This goes for Amazon, who owns Audible, as well as businesses such as grocery stores and superstores such as Walmart, which use the same business model.
