When attempting to download from the web GUI, regardless of book/format it will fail with 'file incomplete'.

This happens both locally and remotely and I have tried to disable 'zero copy file transfers', but the same issue occurs.

When attempting to read the file in browser, I am presented with the following error:

OEBPS/fonts/FreeSerif.otf
Failed to communicate with "/calibre/book-file/321/EPUB/7359819/15106082270/OEBPS/fonts%2FFreeSerif.otf?library_id=Books&15105882263 12", network error, is the server running and accessible?

The server logs show the following:

Failed to send all data in state: State: write_buf Client: 127.0.0.1:55770 Request: GET /calibre/get/AZW3/321/Books HTTP/1.0 with error: [Errno 32] Broken pipe

Please note that this is running through an nginx reverse proxy where X.X.X.X:8080 is mapped to hostname/calibre (using /calibre prefix in Advanced settings).

This all worked appropriately until the new UI changes/server changes.

OS: Mac OS X 10.12.4
Calibre: 3.12 (was also occurring on 3.09)

NOTE: I believe this has something to do with the nginx redirect only allowing https connections.
