I don't have the iq701 but I googled a little to find answers. Now I'm assuming that iq701 uses the same dictionary files of other pocketbook products like PB603/903/912 etc..
there are some here compiled from free sources around the net.

Try copying the .dic files on the dictionary folder of your 701 (there is one, I hope ) and let me know if it works.
