Installer partition

Everytime I connect my reader to the PC, 2 Autoplay windows open up. One with the reader and the other with the installer partition.

Question: I want to make a backup of the installer files and then merge the installer partition with the main memory partition, so that when I connect the reader, only one Autoplay window opens up. Did anyone try this yet?

With the way Sony provides the library software (by sparing an installation CD), they waste 10 MB of the internal memory and annoy me with extra drive letters in file explorer on the PC. I wouldn't really care about the 10 MB if the reader had around 1 or 2 GB. But it's having only around 300, and with pdfs, memory is precious.
