Hi I have had the same problem, I could download them to my computer but not my iphone, so I just downloaded them, uploaded them again as personal content, and then downloaded them on my phone.
I also found that on a few of them I couldnt download them onto my phone from fictionwise the day I purchased them, but I tried a day or so later and it worked.
