I made a living of potatoes (well, almost, supported by steak and salad) and went from 85 Kg to current 77 with only minimal support by occasional nordic walking .

Maybe I can pull myself together for the last 5 Kg, then I'm fine.

Ah,nearly forgot to mention. No alcohol (ok, occasionally) and no snacks (this one really absolute)
