Yes, Sigil supports generating epub3, css3, html 5 to the same extent the Chrome browser does, but that is not the point DiapDealer was trying to make. He was trying to point out that each e-reader implements their own viewer so if you produce a proper epub3, there is no guarantee that a specific reader supports the features you are choosing to use.
