"The Technical team have informed me that "Le Monde" and "Frankfurter Allgemeine" are not supposed to be available on the UK Kindle store and that this is is the publisher's decision.
However both newspapers are available to UK customers who subscribe through Amazon.com.
If you want to receive both subscriptions then make sure you create an account on Amazon.com, not amazon.co.uk, and you should not migrate your account to amazon.co.uk when/if you are prompted. However if you do this then you will only be able to purchase from the US Kindle store."
