If it was truly "predatory," they'd be the ones getting calls from the DoJ. Was Borders and B&N also guilty of "predatory pricing" when they put Mom & Pop out of business? Or was that somehow different?

Selling things cheaper doesn't automatically equate to predatory pricing like you seem to need it to. Either that, or every thriving business out there is guilty of it.
