That's not right at all. Do you sync your calibre configuration directory to any cloud storage providers? If it's loading one version first and an earlier version later, and you changed nothing, that means the file changed underneath calibre. That's nothing to do with this plugin, you'll need to sort out why the file is changing before we can do anything else.
