Have uninstalled and reinstalled, run as user and admin, but still getting the same error.

When attempting to install to a new folder, I'm warned: "Corrupted database. Your calibre database appears to be corrupted. Do you want calibre to try and repair it automatically? If you say No, a new empty calibre library will be created." Details read: "Traceback (most recent call last):
