I've got the font on my PB360 set pretty high, but I don't really mind/notice the page turns. The device is just so easy to hold with either hand and a slight press of the thumb makes a page turn. Very quick, easy and ergonomic.

I've been using my PB360 every day since I've owned it (5 months). I love it because it just works!
