I recently used fetch annotations to get my Highlights and Notes from Kindle 3 to Calibre. I have the Kindle data showing the location of notes and highlights as Loc 886, Loc 900 etc. (page numbers)
When I open the ebook in calibre reader the pagination is different. How can I relate Amazon Pagination with Calibre Pagination or is there any way to make calibre show file pages similar to Kindle?
