Frames or Borders?

Borders are simply lines around a object like the forum tree at the top of this thread. Those could be removed.



Frames are distinct areas of a parent. each child may be manipulated .

So where does the Left frame contents fit into the Body frame contents
PDF has similar problems, EXCEPT the contents is not independent of the body, just layered.
