It's called ACTA, and it hasn't made it's presence known yet to most.

Most of the people involved with it want it to be a secret until it's ratified as a treaty (that's a good way to make an unpopular law valid, without popular vote). The details are actually a national secret, only the gov insiders, MPAA, RIAA, and big business donators are allowed to be involved.
