Bei Übersetzungen ist nicht nur der Tod des Autors, sondern auch der des Übersetzers ausschlaggebend. Der gute Herr Röhl ist aber auch schon seit mehr als 70 Jahren tot (Todesjahr offensichtlich 1923), also kein Problem bzgl. Urheberrecht.
