You said in your original post that you couldn't access your Kindle books, but now you're saying you can't access the Kindle Store - that's rather different.
You access the books you've bought via the "Archive" item on the home page. Does that work?
As has been said, you won't be able to access the Kindle Store from your PW if you're in a country in which it's not officially supported (eg I found that I couldn't access the Kindle Store from Egypt). What country are you in?
