Whatever the results and the rights and wrongs and whether Amazon's actions are necessary, it adds to Amazon devices' reputation as the most closed platforms on the market. -10

And that stuff about uploading the log file to Amazon is bordering on Orwellian. What's in that file? It deserves its own thread. Is there one? There should be.
