Many thanks for producing this epub, I will enjoy reading it.

Is it possible to have the table of contents modified to have the chapters in the various books appear as sub headings?

I have a Kobo and can select the books under the TOC but cannot get to the chapters as the Kobo cannot navigate the links that you have at the start of each book.
