I don't mind the "recommended" section but the option to turn it off (if working) would be nice. I'm out of the country and still have time till I get back so hopefully they've fixed the issues by then.
I saw the thread into the Kobo sub-forum about the tweaks that can disable the entire bottom section. I'm looking forward to seeing what progress they make with that.
