Is there a shortcut to "Manage Searches"?

The drop down menu on the Save Search icon doesn't always work. 9 out of 10 times if I click on the itty-bitty drop down arrow on the icon it saves the current search (if any). 1 out of 10 times, it brings up the drop down menu with allows for selecting "Manage Saved Searches".

Why doesn't the drop down work every time is a pertinent question, but if there's a short-cut, then it doesn't matter as much.
