Thanks, issy and caleb. I have now found it in Kobo asThe Royal Game. I'm a bit wary of Amazon because when I tried to buy a copy of The Conquest of the Incas from them, they wanted to put it in the cloud rather than download it to my computer, which meant I couldn't do the conversion.

It's a close contest at the moment!
