If you're planning to buy commercial ebooks, then you'll probably need to download and install Adobe DE on your PC. After you install and register DE, plug in the Boox and DE will recognize it as an ebook reader. You'll be able to transfer DRMed ebooks to the Boox.

IT WORKS. Thanks for the very useful advice. ( I did go out and buy a SM card reader though).
Will try the Adobe DE as you have advised too.
BTW out of the three untis I bought, one cannot be powered off. I hit the switch and it went to a screen saver and got stucked there since last night my time. Now I have to figure out what to do with it.
Other than that. This Boox is all you have described and tested. A wonderful device. I especially like the PDF reader.
(They should ask you to write the maunual for them
