Nothing is wrong, and nothing is broken. Get used to using Tools->Restructure Epub to Sigil Norm whenever you open an epub for the first time if you want to use Sigil the way you always did in the past without understanding what has changed in Sigil v1.0.0
Read the release notes and our last posts more carefully, if you wish to actually
understand the things that have changed with Sigil v1.0.0.
