I'm going to throw in the mystery "Murder at Mt. Fuji" by Shizuko Natsuki. It starts out with a disappointingly obvious murder, but it gets curiouser and curiouser as the plot unfolds. Twists right to the end.

Hmm, no English ebook version available.
