I don't have a storage managment section. All I have under advanced options are:

Home and Library
Update your Kindle (greyed out)
Whispersync for Books
Power Saver
Privacy
I don't have it available anywhere else either.

I'm on firmware version 5.15.1 maybe that's the difference.
