This is an English-language translation of a novel which appears to have originally been a self-published title which was later picked up by Italian small press Newton Compton Editori, which, like Amazon's AmazonEncore imprint, seems to specialize in in acquiring best-selling indies for their stable and then arranging for foreign editions.
