Spent hours writing yesterday, but hardly wrote.

I couldn't find my relevant notes in any of my relevant files.

Any idea what helps with disorganization, brain fog, and/or of course rsi?

I have looked for books on writing, but most are oriented towards short papers, and this is already 40,000 words.
