Just ordered one from amazon Germany; we don't have an amazon in Holland, but I live near Germany and have items sent to a Hermes Paket Shop in the area, free shipping. Better than the alternative amazon wants me to use (buy from .com and pay a scary amount of shipping and import taxes!).
It's not relased until October 9 there, though. ETA is October 11, so I'm with the first batch, anyway. Might even get there on the 10th, last time it look less than 24 hours.
