mobileread has a subversion+trac setup at
https://dev.mobileread.com/trac/hub/ that looks like it would be a good place for DR projects. There is also a mobileread mediawiki that I think could become a better resource than searching through forum threads for pointers and info. I did a little editing to

https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/Digital_Reader_Software but for example a page documenting what each of the open source OS components is responsible for, how to correctly add a gconf schema without clobbering another plugin's additions, etc would be very useful.
