Hmm ... ich dachte, ich hätte irgendwo schon mal eine eBook-Version der gesammelten Märchen der Gebr. Grimm gesehen ... Kennt die jemand oder habe ich da einen Kick im Hirn?
Falls nein würde ich sie (nach und nach) erstellen (wenn es Interesse dran gibt, Vorlage vom Projekt Gutenberg).

--edit: Erweitert das Ganze um die Deutschen Sagen, etc
Die Gutenberg-Vorlagen sind relativ gut - bleibt die Frage, ob eine Konversion sinnvoll ist.
