I have a Jointech 200 and it's "dead". I don't get the original software, and the link of jointech.com for update did not solve the problem. I need the original firmware. I sent several emails to
support@jointech.com.hk but they does not answer. Can you help me? Do you have the files or another link? Can you send a PM?
