You don't need a screen protector. Just get a good case/cover for it and you'll be good to go. I've owned 6 different eInk devices with one of them being the original H2O and I have never had a need for a screen protector. eInk is not like LCD. A screen protector can make the screen look fuzzy.

eInk is not like LCD in that you don't get fingerprints all over. Not saying you don't get any, but you really don't see them/get them and it's easy enough to clean the screen with a microfibre cloth.
