3 days ago,i got my kindle dx . today i follow the document and ssh into kindle dx from pc. i type "cd /opt/amazon/bin" and run "start.sh" command ,then kindle dx to start "framework",show some error messages and reboot the device.
after boot process at 40%, kindle dx show "Your Kindle Needs Repair Pleast call Amazon Customer Service at 866-321-8851 or 206-266-0927" . pls help me.
