Duplicated Folders
In preparation for my forthcoming iPad, I've coverted a load of books to Epub, put each author into its own directory, and each book into its own sub-directory. When I add the books to Calibre it copies every directory to the library on the hard disk so that I have two of every folder and contents.
Is there a way to prevent this? I've tried deleting the duplicate folders but Calibre recreates them.
