Calibre doesn't touch your original book format. It should be wherever it was when you imported it into Calibre ... unless you deleted it ... in which case, it should be in your trash.

Calibre created a copy of your original book format when you imported it into Calibre. That copy should still be in Calibre ... unless you deleted it from Calibre ... in which case, it should be in your trash ... unless you run OSX, which doesn't allow Calibre to delete to trash.

If none of those are still around, and you ran a Convert on the original format, then the new format should still be in Calibre ... unless you deleted it ... in which case, it should be in your trash ... unless you run OSX. If the new format is all you have, then you will have to try to convert it into the original format with a reverse Convert.
