I have uploaded a beta/final candidate for an update to the tools to 6.0.2. The download link is in a comment at my blog.
I would appreciate reports (at my blog or by email to me) on the efficacy of the tools (especially from people running Linux/wine), but also comments on the ReadMes and other documentation.
Do bear in mind that details comments on my tools aren't permitted here at Mobileread.
