Great finds. I got them all!

I hope that the cauliflower book has a recipe for mashed cauliflower. It's like mashed potatoes, but using cauliflower. I haven't had it before, but I saw a recipe or something on a cooking show about it, and it sounded delicious. It would be a good break from mashed potatoes.
