Noch einfacher für Anfänger:

1. Gehe nach http://ngiyaw-ebooks.org/
2. Suche einen Text, der hier noch nicht ist (Liste, Tabelle)
3. meistens ist da HTML, oft PDF, manchmal MOBI format
4. für das EPUB nimm den Text von einem der Formate
5. Bilder hoher Auflösung sind im HTML oder PDF drin
6. alles im EPUB-Editor deiner Wahl zusammenstellen
7. Violà

Andere entsprechend.
