Hi, just found the forum as I was having the same issue.

In Sigil 0.9.13 (I downloaded yesterday)

Help > User Guide...

Opens webpage: https://sigil-ebook.com/documentation/

Which then attempts to link here: https://github.com/Sigil-Ebook/Sigil...ser_Guide.epub
