If you get the large-bold chapter headings after a conversions, it might be an artefact of the conversion. There are options in the conversion to find chapters for the ToC and to split the internal files, but I don't remember if it will change their styles.
That's correctly it now style for raw mobi but when it imported by Calibre (same book) it have a style well.
